Meeting and communication with patients in the clinic, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Collecting feedback after appointments and monitoring the level of patient satisfaction.
Identifying questions, difficulties or wishes of patients and timely transmission information to the treatment coordinator.
Participation in creating a high level of service and strengthening long-term relationships with patients.
The position provides training and professional development with the possibility of further progression to the position of Treatment Coordinator.
Salary bracket:
1-2 month probationary period — 6,000,000
from 3 months — 6,000,000 + KPI (2,000 000) — 8 000 000
1-2 month — 5/2 — from 08:30 to 18:00
from 3 months — 08:30 to 21:00
