Even if you brush your teeth very carefully, plaque accumulates in hard-to-reach places, and over time it turns into tartar. You won't be able to remove it with a brush - you need professional cleaning. At the KAN clinic in Tashkent, hygiene is carried out comprehensively: hard deposits are removed with ultrasound, pigment deposits are removed using an Air Flow device, then the enamel is polished and a protective fluoride varnish is applied. The procedure is painless, takes one visit and significantly reduces the risk of caries and gum inflammation.

Professional hygiene is not just cleaning. Each stage performs its own function, and together they give a result that cannot be achieved at home.
Before the procedure, the hygienist looks at the teeth and gums, determines the amount and density of deposits and explains what degree of hygiene is needed. This is important: both the tactics and the time of the procedure depend on the volume of deposits.
A special ultrasonic tip destroys tartar. No brush can cope with it, no matter how carefully a person brushes his teeth. at home.
After ultrasound, pigment deposits from coffee, tea, red wine and smoking remain on the teeth. The Air Flow device removes it with a stream of water with fine powder. Teeth become noticeably brighter not due to chemical whitening, but because the plaque disappears. accumulated for months.
The hygienist treats each tooth with a special paste and a polishing brush. The surface becomes smooth, and new plaque is retained on it significantly. worse.
A fluoride varnish is applied to the teeth, which strengthens the enamel and reduces the sensitivity that sometimes occurs after brushing.
Upon request, the hygienist shows the correct cleaning technique, selects a brush of the required hardness, floss, irrigator and rinse, taking into account the condition of the teeth and gums of a particular patient.
The standard recommendation is once every 6 months. During this time, enough stone is formed in hard-to-reach places to make it worth removing. Waiting longer means giving bacteria more time to destroy the enamel and tissues around the teeth.
